Pre-Order Purchase?
All pre-order item dates are an estimated date of when product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
I have questions about the product or want to change (color, size, size, price ...) what to do?

Why did I receive a cancellation / out of stock notification after I successfully placed an order?
Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
How do I return an order?

I want to cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancel your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout. You can see our size chart for more info.

What forms of payment does the shop have?

How to check order status?
All orders are granted a tracking number. Your tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Your tracking number/link will allow you to access up to date information on the status of your order.
How long shipping take?
Pre Order: Items that are pre order will be full filled within 4-5 weeks. Pre order means orders are made to order.
Our team will be processing orders Monday-Friday. Delivery takes between 3-5 working days from the time of despatch, within 1-2 day processing. In addition, please be aware that there could be delivery delays from the shipping carriers during the holiday period due to the a high volume of parcels, which Endless Era has no control over.
Please note: shipping and delivery carrier delays may occur during peak periods of November and December due to the holiday season.
